Sadiq is a seasoned business leader with 15+ years of diverse experience working with FMCG multinationals like P&G, Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH/NBC) and GB Foods in Nigeria, Africa & Europe. Prior to joining Frutta, he was the Country Commercial Director, Nigeria at GB Foods Africa and before that, was the Sales Director (Northern Nigeria) at Coca-Cola Hellenic (CCH/NBC). Sadiq holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA in Finance & Investment from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds an Executive MBA from Regenesys Business School, Sandton SA and has taken courses on Sustainable Business Strategy at Harvard Business School. Sadiq is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FMIC) and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

BOYE OLAWOYE

Chairman

Boye is the Founder and Group Managing Director of Primera Africa Group (PAG); an Africa-focused investment company, where he provides overall fiscal and strategic leadership to a diversified group of businesses which cuts across financial services, formal retail and the FMCG space. He is an accomplished business leader with broad domestic and international experience spanning over 20 years. Having served in several senior management roles for a few successful global businesses, Boye’s passion for creating growth opportunities and transforming businesses stirred his entrepreneurship journey which led to the creation of PAG in 2011. He has since successfully led the incubation, acquisition and transformation of the businesses within the group, placing them on a strong footing with the strategic foresight to take advantage of growth opportunities in Africa and compete globally. Boye holds a B.B.A. Finance degree from Howard University, Washington, D.C. USA.

LOUIS YAGHI

Director

Louis possesses over 17 years international and local work experience in the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry, with a specialty in fruit juice manufacturing and large-scale operations management. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics from the University of Sagasse, Lebanon, and in International Communications from the American University of Science and Technology, Lebanon. He also holds a degree in Electro-Mechanical Tech. from Byblos Technical Institute, Beirut, Lebanon.

GERALD ANYASODO

Director

Gerald provides consulting services to the oil and gas industry focused on project development, divestment and acquisition evaluations, tariffing for petroleum products transportation and handling services, modelling of emerging and existing fiscal regimes, and negotiation support. He was the Chief Economist for Shell Companies in Nigeria where he was responsible for project economics evaluations and investment decision support for Nigerian Hydrocarbon Assets. Prior to his engagement with Shell, he worked at Total Nigeria Plc as a Sales Engineer, marketing refined petroleum products and providing related technical services to industrial clients. Gerald began his working career as a lecturer at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering followed by a Master of Engineering degree in Design and Manufacturing.

WIEBE BOER

Director

Wiebe is the Chief Executive Officer of All On. He joined the All On from the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he was one of the founders of the strategy firm's Lagos office. Prior to BCG, Wiebe worked with Heirs Holdings Group in Lagos, the Rockefeller Foundation's Africa Regional Office in Nairobi, McKinsey & Company, and with World Vision Mauritania. Wiebe earned a PhD and two master degrees from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree from Calvin College, all in history. He spent one year studying political science at the University of Jos, Nigeria where he was born/raised.

OLUSEYI OLADAPO

Director

Seyi is an Executive Director at Libra Circle Limited, a fully owned Nigerian procurement and logistics service provider, that offers end to end logistics solutions to key industry leaders in Nigeria. Since joining the company in 2005, Seyi has successfully lead its transformation from a local player to a world class logistic service provider with international coverage in over 130 countries. Prior to joining Libra Circle in 2005, Seyi served as a relationship manager at National Bank of Nigeria where he managed clients in the Energy, Food and Construction industry. He has carried out a plethora of banking and investment advisory services including privatization mandates, private placements, project financing and capital restructuring. Seyi holds a BSC in Management Science and Economics from the University of Lancaster and an MBA specializing in Marketing from the University of Hull, United Kingdom.
